Licensed Massage Therapist · Licensed Esthetician · Consulting Hypnotist, NGH · Creator of the HypnoFacial Methodology
I became a massage therapist because I understood instinctively that the body holds more than we give it credit for. That beneath the surface of every person who lies down on a table is an intelligence — quiet, patient, and waiting for the right conditions to do what it already knows how to do.
For nineteen years I worked in that space. As a massage therapist. As an esthetician. Watching bodies release what the mind had not yet processed. Watching faces shift in ways that had nothing to do with what I had applied to them. Watching people leave the room different from how they arrived — not because of anything I had done, but because of something that had been allowed. I knew I was reaching something. I also knew I was not reaching everything.
When I discovered hypnosis, the missing piece arrived. Not as something new — as the language for what I had been witnessing for nearly two decades. The client on the table was already entering a trance state. The nervous system was already beginning its descent. The subconscious mind was already listening.
I had simply been in the room with it — without yet knowing how to meet it directly.
HypnoFacial was born from that meeting.

The intersection of ancient wisdom and modern brain science
The nature of reality and consciousness. Self-healing and the body as an intelligent system. Philosophy of mind and human experience
I am a student of the interconnectedness of all things — the place where ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience arrive at the same truth from different directions. I am drawn to astrology, Jungian frameworks, somatic awareness, and the understanding that the human being is far more intelligent than the world typically gives it credit for.
I am a mother. I am a practitioner who practices what she teaches. I am someone who has sat in the same chair she guides her clients into — and found there exactly what she had been telling them was there.
I am based in Jamaica Plain, Boston — a community I chose deliberately, in a space called Karuna, a Sanskrit word meaning compassionate action. The name arrived in the middle of the night. As the truest things tend to.
